Making An Appointment

For existing patients, most appointments, for either clinic, can now be requested online at the Little Rock Family Practice Clinic's Patient Portal, . Upon your online request, you will be contacted by a scheduler who will try to schedule your appointment within the time frame you requested.

If you are calling to make an appointment for an annual physical, please tell the scheduler so that the appropriate amount of time can be scheduled for your visit, and so that you can receive important instructions.

Examination Appointments

General appointments are scheduled from 7 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. at the West clinic and 7:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Central clinic.

Appointments for Acute Needs

One of the things that makes our clinics unique is our ability, in most cases, to see you the same day for your acute care needs. A physician is “on-call” in the clinic each day for this service.

Saturday Acute Clinic Hours

The West clinic is open from 9 a.m. to 12 noon every Saturday for treatment of acute illnesses only. No appointment is necessary. Patients are seen on a first come, first served basis.

Allergy Injection Hours


  • Monday
    8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. & 1 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • Thursday
    8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. & 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Saturdays
    9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Hours for Lab Work
and Injections

Sometimes, your physician will ask you to come in for lab work or an injection when you are not scheduled to see the doctor.

For lab only visits you can come to the clinic anytime between 7:30 a.m. and 11:30 and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

For injection only visits you can come to the clinic anytime from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

When you register, simply indicate on the form you have come for lab only or injection only.

Flu shots are available!
We strongly encourage our patients, particularly those at risk, to get a flu shot every year. The vaccine this year is the same as the one given in 2010, and includes coverage for H1N1. The shots will be administered 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily, Monday through Friday. They are not available during our Saturday urgent care clinic.
Seasonal Allergies
If you suffer from allergies, we’re here to help. We offer skin and RAST tests to determine almost immediately the sources of your allergies – and various therapies to combat them so that you are more comfortable.
Insurance
Many insurance policies include wellness benefits covering all or a substantial part of an annual physical. We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to keep yourself well.
Vacation Plans?
If you are planning travel to a foreign country, you will likely need vaccinations to maintain your health while you are away. Set up an appointment about six weeks before you depart.
