Dr. Thomas attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, where he received a degree in Biology in 2012. He then attended the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where he obtained his M.D. degree in 2016. He served his Family Medicine Residency at Palmetto Health Family Medicine Residency Program in Columbia, South Carolina, completing it in 2019. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Dr. Thomas is married and has three children. His hobbies include grilling, cheering on the razorbacks, and being outdoors. His family attends Holy Souls Catholic Church.
